Friday Night Pizza was a weekly event for our family, beginning back in 1983. Friends and family knew the best pizza to be had ,was at the Gaddis home on Friday evenings. In 2008 we decided to try our pizza in our own wood fired brick oven. After much research, and six months of construction, our first pizzas were made in the oven, in April of 2008. We wanted to continue the tradition of opening our home to others, sharing the very best pizza we can make, and encouraging all who come to our home to eat, relax, and enjoy some "time away". No, we are not a restaurant, but we do accept donations for the specialty pizzas we make using local ingredients. We serve"family style" so you are able to try every pizza we make, we continue to make pizzas until everyone is full. No one leaves hungry. We also bake artisan breads , using natural leavens and Lindley Mills organic flours in our NC Dept of Agriculture inspected kitchen, to sell at local farmer's markets.

Friday Night Pizza 2014 (in the Pizza Pavilion, which seats 35) these Friday nights :April 25,May 23, June 20, July 18, Aug 15, Sept 12, Oct 10. Please reserve a table two days beforehand, as the dough,sauce and toppings are prepared fresh according to the number of reservations we have. We bake for farmer's markets twice per week April- November. Sprouted grain, sourdough white, wheat, and rye breads are our specialty. Sourdough scones,cinnamon rolls,and sweetbreads are also available weekly.
