Green Rabbit Farm

Green Rabbit Farm is a small market garden in the Leatherstocking region of New York state. We grow diversified vegetables and berries. Our business is founded primarily on direct local marketing. We sell to restaurants, health food stores and participate in farmers markets. We also offer a seasonal subscription plan to local residents. 2004 marked our first year with an on farm artisanal bread bakery. Current offerings include a traditional levain, peasant wheat and potato flatbread.
