Hollow Maple Farm

We are located in Etna, Maine and were established in 2004. What started off as a two or three goat adventure has grown into a 20 + herd. We are a Maine State Licensed dairy. We sell goat milk and a variety of cheese. We make a variety of soft cheeses (Chevre, Fromage Blanc) with herbs and spices, mozzerella, ricotta and some hard cheeses such as cheddar and feta. We also make butter! Our milk is a blend of LaMancha and Nubian milk which gives a delicious, creamy flavor.
