The vendors are deeply passionate of their wares, and produce they grow. It is their livelihood and they give the opportunity for the fresh produce in the area which does is limited being in the mountains. The vendors grew up and spend a good part of their lives in high quality of produce they offer to the seasonal customers. Thus they support the community as well.
