My wife and family have enjoyed every cut of beef from Y4. The kids especially like the ribs or a big burger off the grill. The burger is very lean, also great cooked in a frying pan stove top. I like the T-Bone steaks and some Sunday's a good roast (big enough for two crock pots!) slow cooked all day with some good veggies.
Rochelle and I have been buying our beef from Mike and Mary at Y4 for nearly 5 years. We have not bought beef from the grocery store since. To get cuts of beef and especially burger (all from one cow), is very important to us. Now days you don't know what you get from the grocery chains. Mike takes pride in his farming and the raising of his animals, and it definately shows in the finished product.
This year I tried the lamb chops. WOW Mike, better than I thought, because that was the first time I ever tried lamb. I will order more next buy!
