Yes, great liver - - try it!! We ordered in Aug '08 and are out of burger, still enjoying roasts and steaks, and get a treat of liver & onions once in a while when the needlessly fearful are away for a night. Thank you for the flavorful, high quality beef and your excellent customer service. What a refreshing experience!!

We just recieved our first 1/4 beef from Y4 Ranch. The beef is exceptional. I can not believe the difference in taste between this and the store bought beef. When I visited the ranch I was very impressed with how the animals were cared for. Mike was more than willing to answer any questions I had about the processing of the beef and the grain the cattle were fed. We also purchased two whole chickens from the farm and can't wait to try them. We will certainly be repeat costumers.

I recently purchased beef from Y4 Ranch for the first time. My family is very concerned about healthy food, and Mike and Mary produce a fine grass-fed beef that I feel safe feeding to my husband and kids. I especially like the leanness and tenderness of all the cuts. There's virtually no waste to this product. Mike and Mary are great to work with.

My wife and family have enjoyed every cut of beef from Y4. The kids especially like the ribs or a big burger off the grill. The burger is very lean, also great cooked in a frying pan stove top. I like the T-Bone steaks and some Sunday's a good roast (big enough for two crock pots!) slow cooked all day with some good veggies. Rochelle and I have been buying our beef from Mike and Mary at Y4 for nearly 5 years. We have not bought beef from the grocery store since. To get cuts of beef and especially burger (all from one cow), is very important to us. Now days you don't know what you get from the grocery chains. Mike takes pride in his farming and the raising of his animals, and it definately shows in the finished product. This year I tried the lamb chops. WOW Mike, better than I thought, because that was the first time I ever tried lamb. I will order more next buy! We recently got an order of beef from Y4Ranch and it is good. We used to buy our beef from a chain grocery store and it was a mixed review. Sometimes the beef was Ok and other times it had a different taste. With this order we received from Y4Ranch, we have prepared steaks, roasts, and hamburgers and it has all been delicious. Also the meat was delivered, it is grass fed and was a good price. We recommend it! Thank you.
