We just recieved our first 1/4 beef from Y4 Ranch. The beef is exceptional. I can not believe the difference in taste between this and the store bought beef. When I visited the ranch I was very impressed with how the animals were cared for. Mike was more than willing to answer any questions I had about the processing of the beef and the grain the cattle were fed. We also purchased two whole chickens from the farm and can't wait to try them. We will certainly be repeat costumers.

Scott and Dawn, Thank you so much for the review, I would only like to clarify that we feed no grain, just grass and that is the taste you get/ got. We do, however , raise and sell Barley and Wheat if someone would like to try and grind their own for breads or in the use of soups. Mike and Mary
