She's a forward thinking lady, not afraid to try new things and embraces the community, knows how to manage the place fairly and also can generate income. She loves the city The variety in vendors is first-rate, the Sunday flea-market second to none. There's plenty of parking, has a great location and the people of Royal Oak and the surrounding area make it a wonderful place to be! kudos again to Gwen and staff for the upgrades to keep the place competitive.
