I've tried Mack Hill Farms pork and lamb, duck and goose eggs,
and honey, and they've been uniformly delicious. The pork is tender and juicy; the lamb is milder than supermarket lamb, but sweet and incredibly flavorful; and the eggs are richer than anything you'll find in a store. The honey is tangy and complex from the wide variety of flower pollen the bees are consuming -- it's much more interesting than ordinary clover honey.
Having seen the farm's animals for myself, I know how well they're cared for, which makes a big difference to me in terms of the meat I buy. I have a turkey and a duck in my freezer right now and have every expectation that they'll be just as tasty as everything else I've gotten from Mack Hill Farm. Can't recommend them highly enough!
