My mother had a huge garden - never thought twice about rinsing to get dirt and bugs off--much better than wondering how to clean chemicals off. Since none of us can control the weather, I believe patience reaps rewards, i.e., quantity and quality of produce has improved with the weather. Kellner chickens taste like I remember 40 years ago. I love that Nancy is proud and willing to show her customers the whole farm if they desire.
