Meadow Rock Farm

If I wanted regular, garden variety tomatoes, beets, squash, etc., I would stop at the local farm market!

I love that Meadow Rock is farming organically. They also offer a wide variety of heirloom vegetables. One of my favorites are the Striped Tomatoes. They are striped with yellow, red and orange which are incredibly sweet and delicious on a BLT sandwich. Another favorite are the Golden and Chiogga (ringed with red and white) Beets. Why settle for regular red beets when these add color and great flavor? I love to roast them in the oven and add them to salads.
