It was my first year as a CSA member and I was happy with what I received. Yes, the season was cut short last year, due to drought conditions around the area. This year there is an irrigation system installed and ready to go, and will help when Mother Nature cannot. Being a farm that believes in not using chemicals, I did find a bug here and there, but nothing horrible like another reviewer stated! It is to be expected when you have more natural growing conditions, ask any home gardener. The veggies had wonderful flavor, not like the hothouse grown you buy at the store. I even received cut flowers a few weeks in my share, how wonderful! Kellner's is a work in progress and getting better all the time. I'm happy to support them:)
