Alpena Farmers' Market

The farmers involved in this market are all knowledgeable about their produce and willing to share their expertise with customers. All produce is grown in gardens and on farms in a few surrounding counties. The market is beautifully decorated and they cover all the details from the cute produce truck logo down to the little red wagons for customers to put their produce in or for children to ride in. They also have a free antique and rummage sale day in August, and near the end of the season in September, Kids Day with live entertainment, prizes and games, hayrides, and petting zoo for children.
