Owner is very rude

Carlton Farms has good milk, *if* you're willing to deal with the owner. When I was still a customer, I had sent Mr. Carlton at least 4 e-mail messages, but never got a response to a single one. Others have complained about this as well. He's also not very dependable. Sometimes he'll just not show up at a market when he's supposed to, without giving any advance warning. And if he ever makes a mistake, all you'll hear him say is, "Sorry," but he'll never do anything to make it up to you, the way a good merchant will. Carlton Farms does have good products, but please beware of the owner.

Something to consider. People usually act as a reflection of who we are.

I have never had a problem with the owners & I have never heard anyone else with these complaints, sounds like a misunderstanding. I, In fact, have a wonderful, first name basis relationship with them. This is a family farm not a big, high tech, govt. regulated Combine. Email is probably not the best way to contact them. All their products are wonderful with great prices for the totally natural/organic way everything is raised and slaughtered. It would be better to deal with them with this in mind and you probably will get the fabulous service I get. Sorry you are an X-customer.

This person perhaps has some "issues". I LOVE all the good folks at Carlton Farm. I have NEVER experienced a hint of the suggestion made in this post. I'm guessing the author hasn't a clue about life on a working farm........things happen, you can't please everyone. Try a little patience . At least you admit to the excellent quality of their products !
