Whole, organic foods are the best way get the nutrients our bodies need. Some studies show that synthetic antioxidents(vitamin A,C,&E) increases the risk of skin cancer in women(because of our hormones).
Antioxidents in whole, organic foods like carrots or blueberries DO NOT pose the same risk;instead, these whole foods protect you. We shoudn't fool with Mother Nature.
