The vendors at the market really get involved with the customer - you are welcome to be part of their "extended family" and feel linked to the process, the people and the land. The market provides a fantastic way to live - I know where my food comes from and during the summer, we are able to incorporate market products into 100% of our meals. Now that they offer a full range of products: veggies, fruit, meats, dairy, bread and grains, my goal is to eat 100% local and I think this may be attainable as the market expands further!
