We've ordered goat chops and shoulders so far, and they have been beautiful pieces of meat. Lovely marbling and a nice layer of fat on the chops made them fragrant and finger-licking good after marinating and grilling.

This farmer is very easy to deal with and shipments were prompt and well-wrapped to keep things cold.
