I have tried a lot of beef since I have moved to Missouri in the past 10 years and I have to honestly say that Missouri Legacy Beef is by far the best beef I have tasted yet!

This is a well marbled, choice select, dry-aged beef that has a wholesome, down-home taste. Mark & Susie have a wide array of cuts from ground chuck to dinner roasts and tenderloins to cowboy-cut rib eye steaks.

Along with a great line of beef these two are pleasure to befriend. As local ranchers they have continued to commit to the local community the necessary time and energy to build a sustainable business for all to model.
