Sycamore Farms

This was our first year with Sycamore Farms though I've belonged to 4 other CSAs in the last many years in various parts of the northeast. Sycamore Farms gave us a larger share than any other of the CSAs I've participated in! I ended up canning and freezing lots of tomatoes, eggplant, and especially corn (80 cups in the freezer!). Everything was gorgeous and of great quality.

I would add also that this was supposedly a difficult growing season, and everything that the news reporters said would have a bad year we got in large quantities from Sycamore Farms - tomatoes (no blight here at all), eggplants, pumpkins, etc. Plus they were really nice and easy to work with.
