Mile Smith Farm

My husband and I visited the farm during the NH Open Door weekend. Everything is so well maintained and it's evident that the cows are happy, happy, happy.

The roast we purchased tasted just like the Sunday dinners my mom used to make (going back to the 50s, that is!). It was tender, flavorful and juicy. Knowing no hormones or antibiotics are used in the raising of this beef makes it even better!

I love that we're close enough to make the trip again and again. Thanks for putting beef back on my menu; I won't eat any other.
