My husband and I own two horses. His horse has always been dominant and pushy. We sent him to a trainer that was highly recommended, but unfortunately she didn't know how to deal with a dominant horse that wouldn't back down. We never had any trouble with him other than we had to be firmer with him than the other horse. He was very sweet, just pushy. Well, this trainer taught him how to fight and made him more aggressive, distrustful and frightened. After we found out what was happening, we brought him back, but we had a mess on our hands. By accident (I was looking for a lymph detox.) I found Loosen Up Lucy, Sharon's herbal blend for animals. After a month of the herbs and the accompanying Bach Flower Remedies that she recommends, we not only have our old horse back, but he is becoming sweeter and more compliant with us. Our training sessions are a pleasure for both the person and the horse. He really seems to be enjoying himself and has lost the fear and mistrust that he had when he came back from the trainer.
