We've been part of the Godfrey's meat and egg CSA for a couple of months now. The eggs are out of this world! Last month we got 3 dozen eggs and they barely lasted a week as soft-boiled eggs, omelets, lemon curd, and poached eggs were made almost daily. Yesterday we received our first chickens, which we cooked two of. They were fantastic and have ruined all other chickens for us. Their veal is also delicious and this month we look forward to the pork.
