Marguerite and West Constantine's cheeses, both feta and chevre, are delicious and wholesome. The milk is pure and delicious. The soaps are mild, soothing to the skin, and smell wonderful. And Marguerite's chocolate goat cheese truffles are to-die-for! Their Thursday afternoon Dairy Markets also feature local produce in season. Excellent!
