Iceberg Farms

Just wanted to thank Bill and his daughter for giving our group a most comprehensive tour of Iceberg Farms last week. I was very impressed to know how the bees have increased the yield of the berry patch (and supply so much yummy honey!), that composting really makes the soil thrive, and that maple syrup can be made right here in NJ! The growing of gourmet vegetables in the greenhouse was also an eye-opener for me, and I finally got to see quail up close and personal! You are hard workers, Bill and Jenny, and your good products show it. Can't wait to come back and buy veggies, berries and eggs later this summer. Thanks again!
