I have lived right around the corner from this farm and never knew about it until recently.
Bill is a great guy, and the eggs are just AMAZING! I have had free range eggs before, but these taste the best! Can't wait to taste all the other goodies he produces!
Thanks Bill for being in my neighborhood!

Just wanted to thank Bill and his daughter for giving our group a most comprehensive tour of Iceberg Farms last week. I was very impressed to know how the bees have increased the yield of the berry patch (and supply so much yummy honey!), that composting really makes the soil thrive, and that maple syrup can be made right here in NJ! The growing of gourmet vegetables in the greenhouse was also an eye-opener for me, and I finally got to see quail up close and personal! You are hard workers, Bill and Jenny, and your good products show it. Can't wait to come back and buy veggies, berries and eggs later this summer. Thanks again!

Bill and his daughter Jenny gave a tour of their farm to environmental science students at a local community college. They were extremely warm, welcoming, and informative. Bill explained to us many of the challenges he faces by farming totally chemical free, and how he overcomes these by choosing certain varieties of crops, etc. The diversity of crops and animals on his farm was certainly impressive! He had everything from grapes to pigs, horses to chickens, raspberries to peaches, quails, lettuce, onions, honeybees, etc. It was really interesting to hear how everything on his farm helps each other and is interconnected. The animals help fertilize the crops, the bees help pollinate the crops, etc. Bill gave us a tour of his very impressive greenhouse and explained/ showed us the process he goes through to make maple syrup.
This was an incredible educational experience for the students in the course. I hear his eggs are delicious (especially in breakfast sandwiches) and will certainly be returning for some eggs and berries.

I found Bill and Iceberg Farms on this website and I'm SO happy that I did! His eggs are beautiful to see and even better to eat. He took quite a bit of time from his busy day to show us around and explain how real maple syrup is made. I can't wait to go back when things are in bloom.

I visited Bill as part of a project I was doing on local food. He was happy to answer questions, gave us a tour, and even introduced us to another farmer down the road to help with the project. Bill is a really great guy, and his eggs are awesome! I know that March is not an optimum time to go looking for locally produced foods, but after the great experience I had at Iceberg Farms, I can not wait to go back during the summer. Thank you Bill!
