I have purchased the sifted flour from them before and it is the only whole wheat flour I have used for 100% whole wheat bread that rises beautifully and tastes nutty and great, not like sawdust! I use their yeasted recipe with honey as the sweetener and it works in or out of a bread machine as well (I have done both) I am trying the non sifted next and hope to see if the rise is as good and how the texture changes. But I can recommend the sifted for surprisingly light whole wheat. And as a bonus, my husband who has always had acid indigestion from eating bread, can eat this with no problems whatsoever!
