Brookwood Community Farm

The quality of the food is great, the price is reasonable, and the farm is a convenient location for us. Carrots, garlic, and arugula have so much more flavor than the stuff in a store!

The kids love to play on a large tree with a tire swing nearby while I gather our weekly share of the harvest. It's a very friendly place. The farm also publishes a weekly online newsletter that describes what's going on with the crops, info on the veggies for that week, and some great recipes. Sometimes, Brookwood partners with other farms for additional fruit, egg or fish CSA's that can be picked up at the same time & location, and it also started some bee hives for honey. It's been a great experience.
