Shagbark Mountain Cattle

Great beef. I am really glad we found Shagbark Farms. Our previous source for grass-fed beef also had good beef, but I like this ground beef even better, and I find the packaging easier to deal with in my freezer. Also, it's no small thing that John is easy to work with when it comes to answering questions, deciding on cuts, and making the arrangements for pick-up.
