Happy Hollow Farm, LLC

Happy Hollow farms couldn't have picked a rougher year that 2010 to start their CSA (it was extremely wet), but it still had an amazing season.

Of particular note was the incredibly high quality of the vegetables. There were really second to none. Liz bends over backwards to see that the vegetables are delivered in prime condition.

Every week had a really nice variety of vegetables in the share. We were never overloaded with any one vegetable on any given week. I didn't know one could grow as many varieties of tomatoes in Missouri as we received.

The work shares were fun, not too hard, and really made us appreciate where the food was coming from.
