VR Green Farms

We've been to the Villa Romano Green Farms (or VR Green Farms) quite a few times. Their selection is very good and the quality of the items is very good. They also sell their own honey (the mango sage is my favorite), olive oil and we heard they were going to start selling cheese, as well. If you want to go hang out at a farm-style table under a wooden sun cover and taste veggies, cheese, breads, etc., then this is the place for you! It's really fun and sometimes they roast veggies and meat right there in a pit near the table. There are activities for kids, as well (gardening classes, etc.). I'm really glad that Villa Romano Green Farms is here in our local area and we will definitely visit again. My one complaint is that they sell out of their baskets early in the day, so get there early if you want to buy one! Thanks for the great times, Nic and company!
