Chicoine Family Farm

the first time we ordered from the farm, i wanted some fresh beef liver. i could not believe how fresh it smelled when i opened the package. unlike supermarket offerings, this liver smelled of fresh steak. we recently purchased some t-bones,rib-eyes,porterhouse,and ground beef. my wife had the t-bone and was thoroughly satisfied. i had the rib-eye. it was about one pound, 1 1/2 inches thick, and cooked medium rare. it was,hands down, the best steak i have ever had. delicious, tender, and totally satisfying. there is no question this farm will be our only source for their beef and beef products. Totally satisfied!
