the first time we ordered from the farm, i wanted some fresh beef liver. i could not believe how fresh it smelled when i opened the package. unlike supermarket offerings, this liver smelled of fresh steak. we recently purchased some t-bones,rib-eyes,porterhouse,and ground beef. my wife had the t-bone and was thoroughly satisfied. i had the rib-eye. it was about one pound, 1 1/2 inches thick, and cooked medium rare. it was, hands down, the best steak i have ever had. delicious, tender, and totally satisfying. there is no question this farm will be our only source for their beef and beef products.
Totally satisfied!

I have often walked by this farm and wondered if I should try their meat. A couple of weeks ago I did. I bought two pounds of stew beef at the winter farmer's market in Northampton. The man I bought the meat from was friendly and full of knowledge. The quantity was perfect for my recipe, and the flavor and texture of the meat was excellent. So good, in fact, that I am considering buying a chest freezer so I can stock up!

I'm sure that Chicoine beef is very healthy. That's why I first tried it -- I am under doctor's orders not to eat anything with hormones, antibiotics or other additives in it. But you can get that kind of beef anywhere. What I found is that Chicoine beef is simply the tastiest beef I have ever eaten. Thank you!
