Stone Hedge Beef

John and Mary Kinton are like finding precious gemstones. They are kind, family oriented folks who took time out for my family. I had many, many questions that I asked due to my family's very many food sensitivities. They kindly passed my interrogation. We started out buying ground beef as needed. But for other cuts, I needed help deciding that I could cook the beef correctly and enjoy it. John patiently explained how he and Mary cooked things to perfection and provided great websites for doing so. I realized that all I needed was a thermometer and just cook it medium rare! We very soon did not like being without his beef because it was very hard to find other beef palatable after tasting his. This winter we have purchased an entire cow (and freezers to keep it). Now that we have a whole cow we simply cannot enjoy beef out -- we even tried filet mignon at a very fine restaurant and were sorely disappointed. John and Mary Kinton have got the very best tasting beef anywhere because it is truly grass fed and humanely treated. The cows all have names. I will always be thankful for their kindness and their willingness to farm organically in these fast paced days. We are customers for life.
