I received my order yesterday. The package was excellent but the dates look cheap compared with the price the farm asked. I tasted one and it was bitter and dry. I would like to return this product. Very disappointed.

Mr. Tan, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the jujubes. We are a small family farm, and I pack these myself to ensure You receive the finest of what we offer. Unlike most jujubes you would buy at the store our jujubes are done in a dehydrator, we allow ours to dry naturally in the trees, so they will have full medicinal, and nutritional value. If you would like I could either refund your money, or send you a replacement bag. Please let me know what you would prefer. Thank you, Ron Trethowan

I called this farm yesterday, and they both were very nice. They refunded me 100% and explained to me how they grow the tree dried jujube dates and its special function. Although the taste does not meet my expectation, the products look fine to me.
