I just wanted to type a review for our Catering service that we received last week from Trusted Earth. I have been a CSA members of theirs for 2 going on 3 years now, and i am so happy with my weekly box. The bread the vegetables, all of it. Their spinach and their pastured eggs are the absolute best! Ill never use a different CSA farm.

But i especially wanted to review my sister's birthday party catering we ordered. Having food catered for a party is a big luxury, but to have a menu that is all seasonal and sustainable - plus beautiful and delicious, really made the night! The cake was amazing, the tapas was excellent and everyone was so, so happy. I love that they use all vintage platters, plus they dropped off and cleaned up. I hardly had to do anything but eat!! We even had a bunch of leftovers. It was my sister's present from me and she said it was the best birthday party she's ever had. If I ever get married, I know who I'm calling!
