Tierra Vegetables Farm

Every time we find ourselves in the neighborhood we always visit Tierra Vegetables. There is something about the land, the people, the produce, grains, jams and cooking classes that make us feel like we've come home. It's difficult to describe the sense of delight we find at Tierra other that to say it's magical. We always learn something new with every visit and leave feeling nourished and excited about what the next meal will bring. Steaming, saut�©ing, chopping, baking, seasoning and soaking, what a wonderful experience. Gratitude is what comes to mind when we think of Tierra. We are just so very grateful. As I type this review there is soup on the stove and cornmeal muffins baking in the oven. Thank you, thank you, thank you :)
