Grateful Davis Organic Farm

Sorry for the late review - I received a box of Tarocco blood oranges from Trethowan in early March, and there was not a single bad fruit in the entire lot. These Taroccos are clearly superior to anything commercially available (I work at a well-known gourmet food bastion in New York City, and ours aren't even close). They are small, but that is typical with blood oranges. However, they are very juicy - just slightly tart, dappled with red veining, and they have a lovely raspberry-ish flavor running through them. I used about half of my 5 1/2 lbs (thanks for the extra 1/2 lb!) for my blood orange sorbetto, and my family & friends raved about it.
