I want to thank you for the prompt attention given my report of damage to my mango shipment . As soon as you learned that I had a less-than-excellent experience, you and your team sprang into motion, clarified the issue and immediately notified me to expect a replacement order. Even though I indicated that only a few of the order had not met LocalHarvest's exceptionally high standards, Mr. Petrucci insisted on replacing the entire order! What further amazed us was the size of the mangos, (Florida Reds) and their awesome flavor and texture. My family had planned to freeze the mangos for smoothies but the mango slices kept falling into our mouths instead of the freezer bags! Soooo delicious. We just want to share with you how LocalHarvest keeps their word and stand behind the products and services they offer us consumers. Integrity is rare in the market place...Integrity is what this organization demonstrates. Excellence is rarely a goal in the market place yet excellence is what LocalHarvest achieves!
