Quarles Farm

My first encounter with Quarles Farm was when searching for iris to plant at my house several years ago. The plants I bought come back and bloom beautifully every spring. Next I discovered their green tomato pickles and relishes; yum! Most recently I've added their beef to our menu, with raves throughout my household. This farm participates at several markets from Lexington to Louisville, but I patronize their stand at the Franklin County Farmers Market in Frankfort.
