I feel fortunate to say I have been to a shiitake mushroom inoculation class and thoroughly enjoyed it! Mike and Kelley are a wealth of information, you can trust that you will only receive the most wholesome and organic produce from their farm. The honey is from handcrafted hives built with wisdom and love and is very helpful for allergy sufferers. I buy eggs weekly from the spoiled princess chickens and feel they are beyond comparison to the eggs available in super markets.
