We were so impressed with our CSA last year we are back for another year. Everything was AMAZING. My husband's favorite was the corn, I personally loved the apples (they tasted like fall) but we really enjoyed all of the produce--it all exceeded our expectations. It's hard to get GOOD organic, non-gmo produce in this area so I am very grateful for Sarver's Hill. There's only two of us but I eat A LOT of veggies (more than the average person) and we ended up having to freeze some things which worked out great for when I made my winter soups.
Every week I compared my CSA with my mom's who lives in a different area and belonged to a different farm, and we found that mine was far superior. You can tell they are passionate, hard-working and good at what they do and it shows in the product.
I can't wait for farm share season to begin again. Usually I look forward to Fridays but I find that during these 24 weeks of the year, I look forward to Thursdays!
