Happy Hollow Farm, LLC

In my search for a quality CSA I had heard about Happy Hollow Farm from several different people who absolutely loved this farm. I decided to take a chance (and I was nervous b/c of a prior not so great CSA experience) and was I ever glad I went with Farmer Liz and HHF!! She blew me out of the water and it was only her second year farming. I am now in my third year as a CSA Member and have received her fresh, organic produce for 3 summers and 2 winters. I would not miss out on any season offered.

Each week we receive a beautiful selection of in-season veggies in a handmade cedar box. The produce has been picked with care, cleaned (appropriately per veggie) and stored in a walk-in cooler that is kept at an ideal temperature; so, when you receive your share each week the produce is so fresh and amazing.

It is obvious that Farmer Liz loves what she does and believes in her product. I do too! I strongly recommend Happy Hollow Farm. If you want to know what local, organic veggies should taste like, this farm is for you too.
