Yonder Garlic is the creation of North Liberty native Lynn Simmons. The quality of Lynn's produce is surpassed only by the size of his heart and the integrity of his land ethic. Lynn spent his childhood roaming the woods and fields that are home to Yonder Garlic. His love of the land is noticeable in his gardening; from the precise planting of the bulbs to the skillful weaving of the braids. The garden, orchard and natural areas are an oasis of beauty and wildlife habitat, amidst an onslaught of urban sprawl that is consuming the surrounding area.
