Bellaire Honey Company

A girlfriend recommended that I use local bee honey for my out of control allergies. She said that there was someone in Bellaire (a little city within the huge metroplex of Houston) that was producing his own honey. Googled the company and found him. Being desperate, I ordered 3 bottles right off the bat. At this point, I'd try swallowing gasoline to get relief.

Picked it up last night and I must say I'm pretty impressed. Mark Anderson is obviously a man possessed with the pursuit of providing the best honey possible in the middle of a big, pollen ridden, polluted city. In two words, it rocks. I will be buying this for Xmas presents. The other "local" honey will be demoted to cooking. This stuff is pretty smooth. Might be meeting up with some special whiskey I have.

Also, hats off to the bees. They are even more sacred to me now.
