School Lunch Organic Farm & CSA

I have wanted to support a CSA for awhile and I found School Lunch Farm by accident and what a beautiful accident it was! Each week I would eagerly await what Margaret had in store for us. From the heirloom tomatoes, to the butternut squash, and to all the tomatillos in between, each share would never disappoint. The portions are more than a 2 person household can eat but I am reaping the benefits of freezing my share at the peak of their freshness. Kale frittatas, broccoli and cauliflower gratins, and each winter soup contains the organic garlic and all those little bundles of herb ~ still from the farm. This local gem is so worth the money.
