I'm not a current CSA member due to not hearing about them until their list was full, but we are their neighbors 2 doors down and recently attended one of their farm to table dinners.

Everything from appetizers to dessert was grown, raised, harvested and butchered on the farm with loving care and attention to detail. Farmer Rachel is extremely knowledgeable about organic farming and her sister Chef Sarah is a classically trained Italian chef. This dynamic team brings a treasure trove of healthful flavor to our community. Their respect for God, people and the land is an amazing gift to us all.
