Heirloom Farmers Market - Rillito Park

I love the opportunity to buy fresh organic or at least locally grown produce. However, I'm getting really tired of vendors who either on purpose, or in ignorance, don't calibrate their scales correctly.
Here is my result from this morning's, 11/02/2014, shopping:
Apples: 2 lb, real weight 1lb 10 oz.
Pears: 3.5 lb real weight 3 lb.
Beets: 1 lb & 12 ounces, real weight 1lb 4 ounces.
I understand that I'm talking about less than $1 difference on each purchase. However, it would be nice to be respected as a consumer. Think about how would you react if Sprouts took the same approach and scammed it's customers by nickle and diming.
