Black Diamond Grass Fed Meats

Black Diamond is my favorite grass fed ground beef. I have stopped buying beef at the supermarket which often smells bad on day one when I open the package, or when I start to cook it. Black Diamond Meats arrive in good condition. I throw it all in the freezer. When I need a pack, I thaw it out overnight in the refrigerator and it comes out great. It is not super dry like some grass fed ground beef, and I prefer that. A good company to deal with. Quality product. For instance, the stew beef is not the junk full of gristle but the better cuts, well trimmed.
