Black Diamond Grass Fed Meats

I just noticed it doesnt say they are Beef Bones, but that is what I got. I like to make bone broth recommended by the Weston Price website, and these meaty bones work great. I use about half the order for one batch. Wash them, put in a single layer in an oven proof pot, and bake at 350 degrees just until browned. Remove from oven. Cover with water. Add 1/4 cup vinegar, let sit a half hour if desired. Add some cut carrot, celery, onion. (optional garlic, pepper, spice) Bring to simmer. Simmer on low 6 - 12 hours or even longer. Don't add salt during cooking. Meat can be removed earlier if desire, but throw the bones back in and keep cooking. I cool it, portion it in zip lock baggies (packed standing up in a cake pan so they dont tip over and leak) and freeze solid. Then it is ready to use for soups, stews etc. I wouldnt used anything but grass fed for a bone broth
