Paris Barns @ Liberty Farm

I get my eggs exclusively from Paris Barns.They have a wide variety of duck, chicken and turkey eggs. Occasionally they have emu eggs. I haven't actually had the pleasure of tasting the emu eggs yet, but am hopeful to make the short list one day. The owner almost always comes out to make every visitor feel welcome and give them the history of the farm. They have honey that they process themselves from hives on the property. A wide variety of animals scatter the property as well. This farm also doubles as a rescue for these animals. The produce is mostly tomatoes. There are numerous varieties growing here. They also do small crops of other fruits and vegetables available on a first come first serve basis. An all around enjoyable days outing.
